Abstract
The measured x and z parameters of single-layer lizardite from Raduša chromite Mine, Yugoslavia, indicate a distortion of the basic serpentine layer similar to that found in chrysotiles. Composite crystals of lizardite from the same locality are characterized by the domains. The layers within a domain are related to those in the next one by a rotation of 60° or 180°, the number of domains in each orientation varying from crystal to crystal. Keywords
