Abstract
AMERICANS are grappling with the impact of a rapidly changing health care marketplace, in particular the increasing shift of medical coverage from traditional insurance to managed care. Yet the majority of the public admit their lack of understanding of managed care.1 Public perception of managed care is shaped by many factors, including the media's portrayal of these matters.2This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
