Solvable model for optical and radiative collisions

Abstract
The related problems of optical and radiative collision are examined theoretically. The actual R-n potentials found in nature are simulated by powers of the hyperbolic secant, which enables one to obtain closed-form solutions for the transition probabilities in the weak-field regime.Keywords
