Abstract
A 5 V internally temperature regulated voltage reference integrated circuit, which achieves 0.3 ppm//spl deg/C TC over the temperature range -55/spl deg/C to 125/spl deg/C, is described. It is built using a buried zener reference in a dielectrically isolated complementary bipolar process which employs laser trimmed NiCr thin film resistors and a high thermal resistance epoxy die attach. Keywords
