Abstract
A case report of rupture of an aortic aneurysm with antemortem diagnosis and a brief review of the common clinical findings in this syndrome are presented. The case reported was studied by cardiac catheterization which, it is felt, confirmed the clinical diagnosis. Postmortem findings are given and a drawing and photograph of the specimen is shown. Keywords
