Abstract
The authors calculate the incoherent inelastic neutron scattering cross section from the vibrational modes of hydrogen in amorphous silicon by attaching hydrogen in (SiH), (SiH2) and (SiH3) configurations to silicon Bethe lattices. They show that the eigenfrequencies and eigenvectors of the local modes on the hydrogen are little affected by the presence of the silicon network. Keywords
