Abstract
Measurements of the permittivity of hexagonal selenium crystals, prepared from the vapour phase, in the 3.3 cm region, give ϵ!l = 9.3 and ϵ¬ = 8.1 in good agreement with optical data and theoretical expectations.Keywords
