Abstract
The nature of evaluation research vis-à-vis management education and development (MED) has undergone major changes over the last 30 years. Broadly, the quantitative positivistic research designs of the early 1960s have given way to qualitative naturalistic designs. This shift represents a sea-change both in terms of methodology employed by evaluation researchers in this field, and in terms of what is meant by evaluation.This publication has 20 references indexed in Scilit:
