Abstract
The (, ) reaction was used to observe and measure the masses of the proton-rich nuclei , , and , thus completing all mirror pairs in the shell. New measurements of the masses of , , , and were made using the (, ) reaction. Coulomb energy differences of the mirror pairs are extracted, and the new masses are used to predict the masses of proton-rich nuclei with .
