Abstract
Müllerian duct cysts are rare but they can cause significant abdominal and vesical symptoms. Excision of these cysts entails a major surgical effort that usually involves a transvesical approach. To our knowledge we report the first case of successful laparoscopic excision of a large 7 cm. müllerian duct cyst with preservation of potency and continence. Keywords
