Abstract
Continuing these studies (E. S. R., 82, p.323), the authors found the crop-gland stimulating activity of the pituitary hormone to be completly destroyed by nitrous acid as a result of 30 minutes'' treatment, suggesting the essentiality of primary amino groups in the physiological activity of the hormone. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
