Abstract
A methylene-blue assay with Streptococcus cremoris, a bactericidal method in which the survival of S. agalactiae is estimated, and a lag phase method based on the fact that nisin at low sublethal concns. prolongs the lag phase of this organism are descr. Delay is related to nisin concn. and can be measured by the rate of acid production. Keywords
