Abstract
An apparatus is described which allows examination of the dielectric response of a sample over a frequency range of 10-4 to 6 × 104 Hz. The apparatus is capable of measuring loss tangents down to 10-4 for samples with capacitances of a picofarad and upwards. Keywords
