Abstract
A 24-year-old juvenile diabetic with many episodes of diabetic ketoacidosis presented with hyperglycemic, hyperosmolar, nonketotic coma that progressed rapidly to death despite vigorous conventional therapy with hypotonic fluids, insulin, and potassium.Keywords
