Abstract
A 13-year-old boy presented with progressive bilateral lower limb weakness due to exradural granulocytic sarcoma of the spine. After surgical decompression and radiotherapy, he remained in complete remission 6 years after initial diagnosis. The possible reasons for the favorable outcome of this unique case are discussed. Keywords
