Abstract
The Boltzmann transport equation is solved for the case of elastic and acoustic-phonon (deformation and piezoelectric interactions) scattering. The magnetoconductivity tensor is calculated for high magnetic and electric fields. The anisotropy of the piezoelectric scattering is treated for the zinc-blende and wurtzite structures. Keywords
