Abstract
The measured phonon frequencies in stoichiometric have been critically examined and fitted with a simple shell model. The calculated results exhibit the soft mode that drives the tetragonal-to-orthorhombic structural phase transition, and provide some insight into the interatomic forces in this high- material.
