Abstract
A method for separating adenosinetriphosphate, adenosinediphosphate, adenosinemonophosphate and inorganic phosphate by paper chromatography is described. Two different solvents are used successively to develop the spots in the same direction. The method was applied to the analysis of adenosine phosphate prepns. and to the detn. of the equilibrium constant of the myokinase system. The value of the latter at 30[degree] and pH 7.5 was found to be 0.444.Keywords
