Abstract
Over a 5 year period (1975–1979) 746 dermatophytes were isolated from 4,234 patients examined in the Wellington area of New Zealand. Trichophyton rubrum was the predominant isolate, although the Microsporum canis isolation rate was also high, especially in children.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
