Abstract
Summary Aspergillin-O, an enzyme isolated from a submerged fermentation of Aspergillus oryzae, has been used to advantage: (a) to prepare subcultures of cell lines adapted to continuous growth in unsupplemented chemically defined medium (CMRL-1066) and (b) to obtain luxuriant primary cultures from fresh tissues.Keywords
