Abstract
An improved procedure is descr. which uses several ether and NaOH extractions, several dryings and treatments with ethyl alcohol, etc. The final residue is taken up in 85% H3PO4 and read in a Farrand fluorometer. Starting with 10 ml. of urine, recoveries of 80% were obtained, and the test can determine 20-30 [image]g. estrogen/l.Keywords
