Abstract
Asymmetries associated with and single particle inclusive spectra from reactions of polarized protons with Ag targets have been measured for helium isotopes produced at 60°, 90°, and 135° with MeV and at 60° with and 445 MeV over a helium energy range from 7 to 63 MeV. The analyzing powers derived from these are near zero throughout the measured ranges. This is a constraint on direct interaction models of fragment production.
