Abstract
We have observed cyclotron resonance in the photoresponse of the two-dimensional electron gas at the interface of a GaAs/AlGaAs heterojunction. A 0.5% change in resistivity was obtained under resonance conditions for a far-infrared intensity of about 10−4 W/cm2.Keywords
