Abstract
The unfixed air-dried films were protected during incubation by using an incubating medium, which contained a high concentration of polyvinyl pyrrolidone. The method proved more sensitive than previously reported methods, and phosphorylase activity was found in all granulocytes and monocytes, as well as in most lymphocytes. The influence of various constituents of the medium was evaluated. Keywords
