Abstract
Two possibilities of using differential gamma -ray diffractometry to investigate twinned crystals are described. The analysis of the rocking curves traced from a KH2PO4 sample in the low-temperature phase allows detection of two deformation processes in its domain structure. Information on the non-linear piezoelectric response of such a ferroelectric crystal is obtained. Keywords
