Abstract
The asymmetric ring-opening reaction of N-acylaziridines with arenethiols proceeds in the presence of chiral zinc complexes prepared from diethylzinc and L-(+)-diisopropyl tartrate (dipt) to afford trans-2-thio-(N-acylamino)cyclohexane in up to 88% enantiomeric excess (e.e.).Keywords
