Abstract
A case is reported in which a Heifetz aneurysm clip, applied for the treatment of an aneurysm of the posterior inferior cerebellar artery, slipped and migrated into the cauda equina resulting in lumbar radiculopathy. Related reports are discussed briefly.Keywords
