Abstract
Summary: Papain digests of specifically purified rabbit antibodies against the p-azobenzenearsonate and the p-azobenzoate groups were chromatographed using a gradient which differed from that described by Porter. A preparation of γ-globulin from nonimmunized rabbits was similarly digested and chromatographed. The results indicate the presence of more types of antibody and γ-globulin fragments than the three originally found by Porter. Keywords
