Abstract
Experiments are described exhibiting evidence for the existence of natural DNA-RNA hybrids in Escherichia coli cells infected with T2. The use of double labeling (P32-DNA and H3-RNA) coupled with equilibrium centrifugation in CsCl gradients in swinging bucket rotors permitted the isolation and identification of the hybrid regions. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
