Abstract
The technic described is suitable for studying the localization of isotopes in radioautographs of animal tissue sections which were prepared and mounted by procedures that avoid contact of the tissue with reagents other than the embedding medium (paraffin). Radioautographs are made by facing the tissue section to the photographic emulsion during the exposure. Various refinements in this general technic were described which permit sharp images to be obtained and also facilitate the matching of corresponding regions on the 2 slides. Keywords
