Nonlinear Modification of Resonance-Cone Trajectories

Abstract
The modification of the trajectory of a focused resonance cone as a result of the ponderomotive force is investigated experimentally in a cylindrical plasma column. The new trajectory is seen to be in good agreement with recent theory.Keywords
