Abstract
Vertical striated sand-papered twenty-nail dystrophy, an entity observed in both children and adults, is suggestive of an expression of alopecia areata. When the vertical striated sand-papered effect is not uniformly distributed over the full surface of the nail plates, the disorder may be caused by lichen planus. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
