Abstract
Suppressor cells can be generated in mixed lymphocyte cultures (MLC). The cells responsible for suppression belong to relatively radioresistant T [thymus-derived] cells. To generate suppressor cells in MLC the cells must be able to proliferate, while this is not necessary for expression of the suppressive capacity. Keywords
