Abstract
Millimeter-wave signals were synthesized using an optical frequency comb generator and a unitravelling-carrier photodiode. We obtained signals from 10 to 60 GHz with a maximum power of 3 dBm at 60 GHz without the use of electrical amplification. Keywords
