Abstract
This article gives an overview of the treatment and causes of venous leg ulcers and focuses on a new four-layer bandage system (K-Four from Parema) which can be used in the treatment of these ulcers. The article features preliminary observations of this new system, which was used on 10 patients who had previously worn multilayer compression. Keywords
