Abstract
By means of different fast‐atom bombardment (FAB) mass spectrometric techniques (i.e., positive‐ and negative‐ion FAB ionizations and high resolution measurements) we have determined the chemical structure of desertomycin B which is a novel representative of the family of macrolide antibiotics carrying a guanidino function in its side‐chain. Keywords
