Abstract
各種素材の使い捨て手袋について,蒸発残留物,溶出金属など,溶出化学物質及び材質中のアクリロニトリルを測定した.フタル酸エステル含有及び非含有のポリ塩化ビニル製手袋では,蒸発残留物がn-ヘプタン溶出で 870~1,300 ppm と極めて高く,未知化合物を含む可塑剤由来と考えられた.ポリエチレン製手袋では溶出物は少なかったが,抗菌表示手袋から銅及び亜鉛の溶出が見られた.一方,天然ゴム及びニトリルゴム製手袋は,製品ごとに溶出物の種類や量に大きな差異が見られた.約半数で 4% 酢酸溶出の蒸発残留物,亜鉛やカルシウムが高く,n-ヘプタン溶出でジチオカーバメイト系加硫促進剤が 1.68~8.03 ppm 検出された.一方,ニトリルゴム手袋のアクリロニトリル残存量は 0.40~0.94 μg/g であった.Keywords
