Abstract
M. meleagridis, M. gallisepticum and M. synoviae antigens were stained with neotetrazolium chloride for use in the microagglutination test to diagnose disease in chickens and turkeys. Only the stained antigens of M. gallisepticum were acceptable in color intensity and test readability. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
