[Identification of unknown substances in polyvinyl chloride gloves containing non-phthalate plasticizers].

Abstract
フタル酸ジ(2-エチルヘキシル)含有ポリ塩化ビニル製手袋の食品用途への使用自粛が通知され，それに対応して非フタル酸エステル系可塑剤使用と表示したポリ塩化ビニル製手袋が製造されるようになった．これらの手袋から幾つつかの未知化合物群を検出したので同定を行ったところ，可塑剤のジエチレングリコールジベンゾエート，トリエチレングリコールジベンゾエート，ジプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート及びアルキルスルホン酸フェニルエステルと確認された．既知のアジピン酸ジイソノニルを含む手袋中の可塑剤含有量は37.5～48.9%，n-ヘプタンへの溶出量は1,010～1,390 ppmと極めて高かった．今回同定された化合物はいずれも食品用ポリ塩化ビニル製品への使用実績がほとんどなく，業界自主基準にも収載されていなかった．Keywords
