Abstract
The linearized Boltzmann equation is established in the case of multisubband quantum wells where elastic and inelastic scattering mechanisms act simultaneously and may induce intersubband transitions. A numerical procedure is proposed to solve this equation even in the case where intersubband transitions are considered. The multisubband screening is also considered, and approximate expressions for the static dielectric functions are given. Keywords
