Biexciton formation inmultiple quantum wells: an optical investigation

Abstract
We report the observation of biexciton photogeneration in multiple quantum wells by means of a continuous-wave excitation. Evidence of direct biexciton formation in luminescence as well as of a two-step transition process for the biexciton creation is shown.
