Abstract
M. miehei was cultured in a defined liquid medium for 7 days (45.degree. C). Maximum lipase activity occurred after 3 days of incubation. The optimum pH for lipase activity was 7.5. The optimum temperature for lipase activity was 50.degree. C.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
