Abstract
The reaction has been studied at a bombarding energy of 18 MeV. The target was contained in a gas cell with no entrance window. Excitation energies and angular distributions were obtained for 80 levels below MeV in . A distorted-wave analysis was used to determine values and spectroscopic strengths. The proton configurations of are examined in comparison with previous data on reactions and radioactive decay.
