Abstract
The deexcitation of high-spin states in was studied via the , , and reactions. The decay scheme and spin assignments were deduced from coincidences, -ray angular distributions, directional correlation from oriented nuclei ratios, and excitation function measurements. The lifetime of a new yrast level at 7020 keV () was determined in a recoil distance experiment. New levels are reported at 6001 keV () and at 8177 keV. The observed levels are compared to the predictions of the weak-coupling model.
