Abstract
PLZT compositions 8/80/20, 10/75/25 and 12/70/30 were modified by the replacement of Pb by 5Ba + 5Ca, 2Ba + 3Ca, and 2.5Ba + 1Ca (%) respectively to yield optimum dielectric properties: ϵRT = 2000-2900, ϵmax = 2200-2900, ΔC/C = ± 8% when a DC bias field of 40 KV/cm is applied. The data suggest that the compositions are biphasic in nature.Keywords
