Abstract
Using a canine local skin assay, we tested transfer factor prepared from three subpopulations of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. T lymphocytes are enriched for transfer factor whereas adherent cells and nonadherent/nonrosetting cells are not. Thus, it appears as if transfer factor is a T cell lymphokine, the immunobiology of which is still unclear. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
