Abstract
Radiologic bone lesions in 20 long-term hemodialyzed patients with chronic renal failure are described. During chronic dialysis the bone lesions increased. Treatment of 8 patients with 1.alpha.-OH-D3 for 6 mo. prevented progression of the bone lesions or improved them. This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
