Abstract
The density dependence of two-particle states is an essential feature of nonideal plasmas and has to be taken into account for the investigation of the ionization equilibrium and the ionization and recombination processes in such plasmas. In this paper, we provide a rather simple method to calculate two-particle bound states in a dense hydrogen plasma and show that this problem can be dealt with in first order perturbation theory. Keywords
