Abstract
New techniques have been developed for the assay by gradient elution chromatography of individual 17-ketosteroids. Inexpensive and easily constructed apparatus is used in the assay. The techniques are particularly suited for serial assays and for laboratories interested in doing many assays per day, but can be set up also without special equipment in laboratories planning to do only a few assays at a time. Data are given from a normal material and findings from some systematic studies of details of the method are reported. Keywords
