Abstract
Urine urea, NH3 and K concentrations and total osmolality from recently live-trapped red squirrels (Tamiasciurus hudsonicus) were significantly different from those measurements in urine obtained from red squirrels collected by shooting during the same month of the year. This negates live-trapping as a technique for reflecting field urine concentrations in this species. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
